The Opus Chamber Music Concert Series was founded in 1988 by members of the Symphony of the Redwoods to provide local and visiting musicians opportunities for small-group performances.


Mona Lisa Perez (left), coordinator of the Opus Chamber Music Series, accepts a check from Claire Ellis, Board of Directors President of the Community Foundation.  The $2,500 Community Enrichment Grant award will provide computer equipment for the Opus Chamber Music Concerts.

 


Mendocino's Preston Hall

The venue for Opus Chamber Music concerts is Preston Hall, on the grounds of the landmark Mendocino Presbyterian Church. Concerts start at 3:00pm.
